Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, from site preparation to construction and infrastructure development.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and supplier to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address issues or delays promptly.
- Any other job required from the management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
- 6 working days in container office on site.
- Willing to travel as and when neeeded.
