Responsibilities:
- In charge of the WSQ curriculum and instructional materials' review, design, development, implementation, assessment, and evaluation.
- Capable of aligning the curriculum with different skill frameworks
- Work together to create course materials with subject matter experts.
- Evaluate the curriculum and teaching materials' efficacy and offer suggestions for improvement by conducting feedback evaluations with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified curriculum developer with DACE/DDLP to be endorsed under WSQ funded forklift courses.
- Experience in WSQ curriculum review, design, development and successful accreditation in SSG
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Data analysis skills to inform and improve training outcome
