Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters
- Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs
- Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system
- Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo
- Send pre-alerts to overseas destination Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment
Requirements:
- Good in MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work in teams & as well as with air operation teams.
- Self-motivator that promotes teamwork among co-workers and willing to learn attitude
- Able to work overtime if require.
