Job Scope:
- Address customer inquiries and agent requests, providing timely updates on orders and shipments
- Coordinate transportation, trucking, and collections, working closely with carriers and clients
- Prepare customs permits and shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Manage bookings with shipping lines and consolidators, ensuring accurate schedules and on-time deliveries
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure seamless import/ export operations
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistic Management or equivalent
- Entry levels are welcomed, as full training provided
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping is a plus
