Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of technical leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in software development and 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert-level knowledge of modern web and application technologies, software architecture patterns, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in building greenfield systems, implementing secure coding practices, and managing distributed teams.
