Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee and enhance our warehouse operations. In this role, you will play a part in managing daily operations, workflows, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team to achieve excellence in logistics and inventory control.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse operation systems (FIFO, equipment utilization, and logistics).
- Supervise daily activities, including inventory control, quality assurance, and space management.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse staff to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Analyze productivity and create actionable plans for peak operational efficiency.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery, coordinating general maintenance when needed.
- Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Train and manage warehouse staff to solve operational issues and achieve performance goals.
- Lead import, trucking, unstuffing, and SFA inspection activities.
- Maintain warehouse safety SOPs and stock security procedures.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Expertise in logistics, inventory control, fleet management, and freight operations.
- Proficiency in warehouse safety standards and compliance.
- Forklift operation skills with a valid license.
- Knowledge of WMS systems is a must.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software tools.
