Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior eCommerce Executive to lead the development and execution of our digital and eCommerce strategy. This role is pivotal in expanding our online presence, driving sales growth, and managing end-to-end eCommerce operations. You will work alongside the Commercial Manager to create impactful marketing campaigns and enhance our digital footprint.

Roles & Responsibilities

E-Marketing Strategy Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop and implement online retail strategies for Singapore and other Asia Pacific markets, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Develop brand and product marketing strategies to align with business objectives, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.
  • Implement customer engagement activities, improve the eStore experience, and create content to boost conversion rates.
  • Create engaging content, including copywriting for digital ads and email marketing (EDMs), to drive organic and paid acquisitions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for the seamless execution of marketing and eCommerce activities.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media, brands, and stakeholders, from planning to execution.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, analyzing trends and identifying areas for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

eCommerce Channel Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the eStore and online marketplaces, ensuring smooth fulfillment processes and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and updated content across all eCommerce platforms, including products, pricing, and promotional information.
  • Plan and execute promotional strategies to support key campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
  • Organize and manage livestreaming campaigns, collaborating with content creators to drive engagement.
  • Troubleshoot eStore issues with external vendors and optimize user experience.
  • Analyze product and campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
  • Proven experience with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and eStores, with a track record of driving eCommerce revenue.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or image-editing tools like Photopea is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media, paid media tools, and digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
