Job responsiblities:
- Manage check-in/check-out documentation of workers dormitory and maintain accurate nominal rolls for workers.
- Conduct hygiene inspections at the dormitory to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
- Track and document maintenance issues, updating defect records and ensuring timely follow-up on repair requests.
- Perform clerical tasks related to purchase orders, including processing, filing, and updating records.
- Assist with tracking the status of orders and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain records for factory materials and supplies, performing regular stocktake (e.g., gloves, tools). Track inventory levels and notify relevant departments of low stock or replenishment needs.
- Provide support for any additional administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and external contacts.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
