Our client, located at Central Singapore is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join the team, driving Talent Acquisition related Projects for the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing employer branding strategies and overseeing talent acquisition projects to attract top talent, foster a positive company image, and enhance our employer brand. This is a strategic role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong project management skills, and a passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Management
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting process by designing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple channels.
- Lead the recruitment process, from requisition approval to sourcing candidates to offer acceptance, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process
- Maintain and improve candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes
Employer Branding Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the industry.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Leadership teams to define key employer value propositions and integrate them into recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Manage the creation of compelling employer brand content (social media, career site, job descriptions, etc.) and ensure alignment with organizational values and culture.
- Monitor and analyze brand perception through surveys, social listening, and feedback to ensure consistent and positive messaging.
Talent Acquisition Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition projects, ensuring successful delivery of hiring goals and initiatives.
- Create and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and KPIs for key recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives.
- Streamline and improve recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies that improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and analytics.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and support recruitment efforts aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure consistent communication across teams, updating stakeholders on project progress, roadblocks, and successes.
- Train and guide internal teams (e.g., hiring managers, recruiters) on employer branding best practices and ensure a unified, consistent brand message in the recruitment process.
Recruitment Marketing & Campaigns:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content for recruitment marketing campaigns (e.g., job ads, employee testimonials, career events).
- Lead and optimize recruitment marketing efforts on various platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, company website, etc.).
- Drive social media and digital marketing strategies to engage potential candidates and increase brand awareness.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on key metrics related to employer branding and talent acquisition efforts.
- Utilize data insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and achieve recruitment goals.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives and recommend improvements.
Candidate Experience & Engagement:
- Focus on improving the candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding.
- Ensure seamless communication with candidates, promoting a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to enhance candidate engagement initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent outreach programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or recruitment marketing.
- Proven experience managing projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies across multiple channels (social media, job boards, events).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce high-quality content for recruitment campaigns. Strong analytical skills to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with employer brand surveys, feedback tools, or reputation management platforms (e.g., Glassdoor).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification an added advantage
