Position: Human Resource Executive (Contract till Aug 2025)
• Office Hours: 5 days
• 8am – 4:30pm (start early, end early)
• Salary: $4000 - $4500 (cannot stretch)

• Looking for someone with HR Business Partner background and operational experience
Job Scope:
• Provide HR support to various departments and business units
• Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and employee development
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle HR operational tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
• Support talent management initiatives, including training and development programs
• Drive employee engagement and retention efforts
• Ensure HR practices align with company policies and legal requirements
