Job Responsibilities
Account Management
- Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
- Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationship with account at HQ Level.
- Liaise with Key Account’s buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews.
- Plan, execute, evaluate promotion with objective of optimising cost, sales, and volume effectiveness.
- Manage the promotion spend within the budgeted funds.
- Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Purchasing team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer’s activities.
Sales Operation Management
- Manage and guide the Sales Executive in managing the Sales Team operational effectiveness.
- Ensure that Sales Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal Sales meeting together.
- Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
- Product/Promotion Submission.
- Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.
