Job Scope:
- Collaborate with the project team in understanding client requirements and how they translate in application features.
- Guide the team to build with best practices and Pega suggested coding standards.
- Collaborate with the team to set specifications for new / existing applications.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications when required.
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features. Work with business process owners/subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements.
- Work with project managers, architects, and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 6+ years of Pega hands-on experience.
- Candidate must have Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
- Comprehensive understanding of Pega technology, architecture, and best practices.
- Good familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and SQL.
- Experience in Pega Constellation development.
