Responsibilities
Partnership Management:
- Develop new partnerships and maintain relationships with existing partners.
Market Understanding:
- Understand customer needs to effectively sell company products.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with support, management, and marketing / sales / technical team for customer satisfaction.
Communication Bridge:
- Act as a liaison between customers/partners and the marketing /sales / technical team.
Performance Tracking:
- Assess partner needs and monitor performance regularly for satisfaction.
Sales Coordination:
- Collaborate with different sales channels to prevent conflicts and maximize sales.
Sales Management:
- Manage sales funnels, forecast opportunities, and run sales/marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2b / Channel sales experience.
