Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and reviewing strategies to improve engagement and re-engagement modalities. Support email marketing operations, including the coordination, creation, dissemination, and analysis of monthly newsletters.
- Identify media, engagement, and re-engagement opportunities for amplification. Develop press releases, pitch stories to media, manage media on-site at events, and work on paid advertorials.
- Conceptualize and implement a series of roadshows across Singapore for engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include venue selection, logistics coordination, content creation, on-site management, presenting at roadshows, and facilitating discussions with participants.
- Champion data-driven marketing insights by conducting performance analysis and developing strategic recommendations through the use of digital marketing analytics. Compile online and offline marketing data, present monthly reports to evaluate efforts and measure effectiveness, and work closely with content and marketing teams to monitor live campaigns, ads, and organic content.
- Leverage analytics and social listening tools to measure campaign effectiveness, strengthen engagement and re-engagement strategies, and provide insights into trends and interests through an online lens.
- Provide additional support for ongoing tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree
- 5 years of relevant experience in communications or equivalent
- Proven knowledge and experience in in multi-channel communications including mainstream media, social media, traditional and digital media platforms
- Familiar with social media and/ or email marketing. Understanding of other digital marketing practices and platforms (eg. SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Analytics etc.) is a plus.
- Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Comfortable dealing with statistics.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Possess a macro perspective of issues and an eye for detail.
- Able to adapt well and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Be a team player who is effective, resourceful and takes the initiative in work.
