Responsibilities:
- Drive elderly on wheelchair from home to the centre and back to home
- Conduct daily checking to vehicle
- Update vehicle logbook
- Provide safe transport services
- Contact clients’ caregivers/family members if there is changes in fetching
- Support the nurses with client custodial care such as medications, toilet assisting etc.
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level
- Hold Class 3 driver license and vocational driving
- Experience in healthcare/community care will be an advantage
- Able to commit to the below working hours
Working hours:
Mon-Fri, 7am – 5/6pm
