Our client is hiring for (Team Leader) Customer Financial Service (Japanese Speaking / Korean speaking) is in charge of credit assessment and credit collection.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the team and each team member to meet KPI and achieve the team goal
- Perform Collection and improve Accounts Receivable performance of APAC customers
- Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer
- Accounts Payable /Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
- Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
- Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
- Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection
Job Requirements:
- Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility
- Experiences in Customer service or Financial Services or Accounting related
- Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Basic English for internal communication
- Business Proficiency in Japanese or Korean to liaise with Japanese speaking/ Korean speaking customers in Japan / Korea
- Ability to communicate with customer patiently and precisely
- Team player for achieving goal as a team
