- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across key processes, ensuring resilience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of proactive risk management throughout the organization.
- Partner with technology leaders to identify and mitigate risks in the digital infrastructure, data security, and AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor evolving tech risk landscapes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide strategic guidance on operational and tech-related risk management practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on risk, compliance, and governance matters.
- Lead risk and compliance audits, reporting, and training initiatives to foster organizational awareness.
- Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.
Skills and experience required
- Proven track record in risk and compliance roles, with a focus on operational and technological risk.
- Experience in a startup environment is essential.
- Consulting background preferred, with an ability to adapt frameworks to high-growth contexts.
- Deep knowledge of operational and technological risk management best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the InsurTech or financial services sector.
