Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end digitization process.
- Organize the work process according to record distribution such as by divisions, dates of records etc.
- Assign, sort and label the files in accordance to pre-determined categories.
- Inventories the packed files by tracking and preparing record details.
- Prepare written reports to update status of progress and completion.
- Assist in any other duties required for the digitization process.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in administrative role/digitalization or equivalent.
