Responsibilities
- Assist HR Business Partners with recruitment, exit management, and manpower planning
- Manage secondments, deployments and documentation
- Organise HR events and handle course registrations and payments
- Maintain training statistics and prepare induction kits
- Perform secretarial duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in the HR field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communicatoin skills
