Key Responsibilities:Preparing dim sum such as siu mai, har gow, char siu, custard buns, radish cakes, char siu pastries, rice rolls, etc.
Includes free staff meals.
Worker Requirements: experience required.
Should be able to prepare at least 2-3 types of dim sum.
Must have a genuine interest in dim sum and willingness to learn.
