Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to address departmental challenges and assess employee sentiment, offering HR guidance on matters such as onboarding, performance management, career progression, disciplinary cases, and employee conflict resolution.
- Actively participate in business meetings, contributing HR perspectives and strategic insights.
- Provide advice on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession strategies for the assigned business units.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations matters by conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Implement and execute HR policies aligned with the needs of the assigned business unit.
- Stay updated on manpower regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks, working with the legal team as necessary.
- Identify training and development opportunities for teams and individuals, including executive coaching requirements.
- Analyze HR data and metrics in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to develop effective programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of people-focused programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support HR and business objectives.

- Proficiency in understanding organizational structures, roles, qualifications, compensation frameworks, and related administrative practices.
- Prior experience collaborating with technology teams is advantageous.
