Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Tender and Quotation Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and comprehend technical requirements outlined in customer tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect essential data for proposal development.
- Provide technical expertise during tendering and quotation processes/activities and support the sales and marketing team with relevant engineering insights.
- Prepare cost breakdowns and delivery schedules to assist the sales and proposals team in responding to inquiries.
- Draft and compile technical documentation, such as datasheets, proposal designs, clarification notes, and responses to tender specifications.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Relevant Qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
