Job Description :
- Handle PAYROLL and related payroll administration
- Do HR Search for staffing issues. Duties also include onboarding and offboarding
- Able to update HR policies in line with Govt MOM policies for our Group of Companies
- Prepare employment contracts (Local/Foreign/Re-employment etc)
- Able to report employees attendance
- Maintain accurate records in HR system and employees' personal file
- Able to handle independently Employee HR issues (including staff insurance)
- Administer of work pass applications (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)Provide general administrative support
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related HR/Admin experience
- Discreet in handling confidential issues
