Working Hours:
- 42 hours per week
- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Sunday is a permanent off day
- Shift timings:
- AM Shift: 7:00 AM to 2:45 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM to 9:45 PM
Job Description:
Looking for Staff Nurse to join Day Ward team. You will provide direct patient care for individuals undergoing day procedures, offering pre- and post-operative care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide post-operative care.
- Pre-Operative Support: Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and ensure comfort.
- Post-Operative Care: Monitor recovery, manage pain, and educate patients on discharge instructions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure coordinated care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Nursing, SNB Registered.
