Job Desciption:
- Support the Business Development Manager in setting and achieving company goals.
- Assist in maintaining existing customers, developing new ones, and handling contract negotiations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales presentations, product demos, and exhibitions.
- Work with R&D to enhance presentations on new product features and technologies.
- Coordinate with factories on production forecasts, quality, delivery, engineering, and pricing to support sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, generate quotes, and provide after-sales support.
- Assist in planning and budgeting for exhibitions, trade shows, and advertising for brand development.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity, projections, and reports.
- Subject to approval, plan customer visits to resolve issues, increase sales, negotiate prices, and gather feedback.
- Perform other duties as required to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of B2B and B2C sales experience in electronics products.
- A diploma in engineering, marketing, or business studies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with international exposure.
- Good business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
- Mature, self-disciplined, and result-driven.
- Willing to travel to the U.S., Japan, Europe, and the region.
