Job Description:
- Supervise production operators and activities in areas like Battery Feeding, Mechanical Plant, Chemical Plant, and Vapor Recompression.
- Conduct performance reviews, address issues, and ensure operators manage time and meet commitments.
- Create production schedules and monitor team performance to meet targets.
- Track operator productivity, quality, and training, and report progress to management.
- Lead the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and work with engineering to address issues.
- Ensure staff are properly trained according to production standards, including overtime.
- Monitor raw material usage and resolve shortages.
- Manage material and labor variances to meet standards.
- Oversee basic maintenance of machinery to ensure maximum production output and uptime.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical-related studies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Able to maintain document and record filing.
- Experience in production management and troubleshooting.
- Team player and eager to learn
