What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including major gifts and corporate partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners through personalised engagement
- Identify and secure funding for research, patient care, and education programs
- Plan and manage fundraising events and campaigns to boost donor engagement
- Write grant applications and ensure timely reporting to showcase donation impact
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to align funding needs and outreach efforts
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and provide updates on fundraising progress
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree level and above from a recognised institution in Nonprofit Management/ Business/ Marketing or related studies
- 8 - 10 years of experience in fundraising, major gifts, or corporate partnerships, preferably within the healthcare or nonprofit sectors
- Proven success in managing partnerships, securing major gifts, and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong skills in brand development, market expansion, and team leadership, with healthcare knowledge as a plus
