- Manage full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Participate in volume recruitment
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- General HR administration
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in equivalent
- Min 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Technical/Technology hiring experience would be highly advantageous
- Motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
- Able to interact with all level, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
