Job Scope:

  • Manage calendars of key executives, efficiently coordinating schedules and appointments. Ensure timely and appropriate time allocation for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the action required is addressed promptly.
  • Make travel arrangements both domestic and international.
  • Manage the reconciliation and submission of expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time and provide seamless support to senior leaders by prioritizing critical business activities effectively.
  • Overseeing the general office tasks, such as maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Provide support in various activities as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar administrative roles
  • Fluent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Presentation)
  • Meticulous and attention-to-detail
  • Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
