- Working timing: Mon to Fri 9am -6pm
- Working location: Queenstown / Client Site
- Salary:SGD 4,000 - 10,000 (Depends on Exp)
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Channel Sales Representative to manage and expand our distributor network in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with existing distributors and drive channel sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to meet/exceed sales targets in Southeast Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors.
- Provide training/support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Collaborate on joint marketing/sales initiatives.
- Monitor distributor performance, providing feedback/guidance.
- Negotiate contracts/agreements with distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
- Prepare/deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.
- Attend industry events/trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.
- Proven channel sales experience (chemical/related industry preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of distribution model and distributor relationship management.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia market/regional business practices.
- Excellent communication/negotiation/relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Southeast Asia distributors.
- Familiarity with chemical products/applications.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales targets through channel partners.
- Experience training/supporting distributors.
