Corporate Sales Executive (B2B, Telco)

  • Range from $3,500 to $4,200 with Variable Bonus
  • Working Time: 10am to 6pm, 5 day work week

  • Hybrid work arrangement

eSIMs are revolutionizing the way we stay connected, especially when traveling. They provide a seamless solution to enhance connectivity for phone users worldwide.


Our client, a leading eSIM service provider, is seeking a Sales Executive or Assistant Sales Manager in Retail Channel Sales to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will drive the retail distribution strategy and execution to expand the client’s presence in the market.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Director and other team members.
  • Conduct market mapping of the eSIM reseller landscape in Singapore, focusing on travel agents and telecom retailers.
  • Develop a distribution roadmap to maximize market penetration.
  • Onboard and support new partners within the client’s partner ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and owners to foster mutual growth.
  • Design and implement training programs to educate retailers on eSIM adoption.
  • Conduct competitive research and refine the client’s retail distribution strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects and initiatives successfully.
  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual OKRs, with regular tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the retail channel landscape in Singapore, particularly in travel and telecom sectors.
  • Prior experience with eSIM or any telco products is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the retail channel.
  • Proficient in presentation, sales techniques, including consultative and solution selling.
  • Familiarity with sales and partnership tools.
