Our client, a global bank, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to support a team of 27 bankers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage diaries, scheduling both internal and external meetings for senior bankers.
- Assist with the smooth onboarding and offboarding process for team members.
- Handle requests related to application access and facilitate the necessary approvals for business activities.
- Record client meetings, register events and organise roadshows for business travelers.
- Prepare and submit supporting documentation for travel and expenses reports, ensuring follow-up actions are completed on time.
- Arrange and coordinate all logistics for business travel, including booking and preparing necessary documentation.
- Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, assisting with various tasks to ensure team efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of the global banking environment and demonstrate a high level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant experience in a global banking environment, preferably within the Global Markets or Front Office divisions.
- Prior experience supporting a similar team size.
