Responsibilities:
- Provide business analysis and process redesign expertise in one or more functional areas (HR, Finance, Transport, Warehouse, Sales etc.) within the enterprise specifically in the analysis and redesign, of SAP and Non-SAP functions and processes.
- Work with business users to identify business requirements and the changes. Assists in the design, coding/configuring and testing of technical solutions of KTC core in-house applications and adheres to coding standards defined by IT.
- Customize SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Contribute to corporate decision making by providing accurate, timely and relevant documentation, information and reports appropriate to maintaining awareness of plans and directions of business application systems.
- Liaising with software suppliers on their products and the requirements of business units
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in developing, implementing and reviewing business application improvements.
- Must have at least two full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project preparation till go-live).
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of SAP Implementation experience.
