Technical Support Engineer / Assistant Manager – Technical (Full time opening = Stability, Mechanical Engineering, industrial piping and instrumentation design)
Job Scope:
• Attend technical meetings and presentations with customers.
• Perform technical calculations (e.g., WFC, Thermowell design, thermistor) and issue certificates.
• Provide technical advice and propose solutions to meet customer needs.
• Design and prepare technical drawings using 2D AutoCAD.
• Liaise with headquarters on design changes and certification compliance (e.g., ATEX, IECEx).
• Plan work schedules and guide technical support engineers.
• Address and resolve technical issues for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand and meet customer requirements.
Additional Skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced in coordinating schedules and providing guidance
• Analytical problem-solving ability to propose alternative technical solutions that align with customer needs and company standards.
