Job Description:
- Solution Enablement - Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Salesforce techno functional knowledge - about 2 yearsb experience
- Knowledge about Telco Enterprise B2B ordering and fulfilment journeys
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge about Telco fixed line connectivity products (e.g. Ethernet, VPN, Optical Fibre connectivity etc.)
- Functional knowledge about Telco Order Management Systems capabilities.
- Experience of business process design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- UI/UX wireframe design skills
