The Opportunity:
· Client: Global MNC, Chemical Manufacturing and Production Company
· Location: West, Singapore
· Gross Salary: Up to $3,400
· Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 3-4-4-3 rotation (day/night shifts based on business needs)
Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee QC labs, sample retain rooms, inventory rooms, and other defined areas on site.
· Conduct lab analysis following Quality Control Procedures (SOPs), and handle instrument preparation and maintenance.
· Take plant samples (e.g. raw material sampling) and maintain general lab housekeeping.
· Assist in developing new analytical methods and techniques, ensuring data is transferred to SAP and verified per SOPs.
· Report test abnormalities, follow safety standards, and work according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
· Take on EH&S responsibilities, such as maintaining MSDS and participating in safety roles (first aider, fire warden, etc.).
Requirements:
· Open to fresh candidates; experience in a lab setting is preferred.
· Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
· Familiarity with lab safety procedures and ISO standards.
