Responsibilities:
- As a Workday Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems.
- Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
- You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Workday Recruiting is required.
- Business Process Design and Requirements Analysis, both with expert proficiency, are recommended.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the organization's processes and systems
- Assess the current state and identify customer requirements
- Design the future state and/or business solution
- Collaborate with the team to make informed decisions
- Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to cross-team problems
