Duties includes:
- project Management
- data analytics and dashboard visualisation
- strong communication and need to manage and work with global parties and internal depts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support in Project Management for Data Driven Enterprise project (DDE project)
- Handling enhancement requirement from regional / headquarter stakeholders and assign to development team for development
- Design new data mart to enhance visualization effectiveness and coordinate with development team for deployment
- Assist in managing and developing data handling processes and governance frameworks across the organization
- Oversee the project backlog and monitor progress through consistent communication with global stakeholders
- Provide weekly updates on the Looker Explore enhancement backlog in collaboration with the Global Headquarters (GHQ) and Regional Headquarters (RHQ) business team, ensuring that the necessary data and reports are available for business use
- Support in Project management for global cost saving initiatives
- Create and maintain cost visualization dashboards using Looker (BI) through effective communication with Product & Network business teams, supporting their efforts to meet cost-saving targets
- Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry
- Proficiency in data handling, including visualization and analytics using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to work with SQL
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global regions
- Open-minded, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight and competing deadlines
