Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract
Only Singaporean
Key Responsibilities:
To assist in coordination and logistics management of:
Staff security clearance matters
Client device delivery
Client device staging and image distribution
Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
Client device acceptance
Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
Track and compile project report regularly.
Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
Work with Project team in ensuring that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
Work with Project team to handover the client devices for O&S
Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
Submit the progress reports to Project Manager
