Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of the WD Integration Team to support integration enhancements and defect fixing requests.
· Comprehend Workday integrations from multiple endpoint systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
· Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
· Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must.
· Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.
· Support upgrades, changes and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases.
· Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE.
· Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct, Control-M job scheduling and SFTP protocol are added advantage.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum degree in IT or computer related subject with a recognized university.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday integration development.
· Excellent English communication and presentation skills – both written and spoken.
· Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Detailed testing and documentation skills.
· Fast learner and able to work independently, as well as a good team player.
