Job Responsibilities:
- Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands while optimising resources and minimising costs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction within the production process, and implement appropriate strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing quality control measures to maintain product quality and safety.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products, and develop inventory management strategies to optimise inventory turnover and minimise waste.
- Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth production operations and meet production targets.
- Lead and motivate production team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and morale.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, implement safety protocols and procedures, and promote a culture of safety within the production workplace
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant field or in F&B background
