Job Description:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s mid- to long-term corporate strategy.
- Plan, organize, and execute interactions with both buy-side and sell-side stakeholders.
- Conduct primary research on market benchmarks and industry trends.
- Prepare marketing materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute corporate strategies, including public listing, acquisitions, and divestments.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, equity sales, fundraising, or other client-facing sell-side roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written) to liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
- Deep interest in the financial services and fintech industries.
- Execution-oriented, with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Based in Singapore, with a willingness to travel regionally when required.
