Job Description
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand market share in Southeast Asia.
- Identify growth opportunities and create market-entry strategies, focusing on sustainability and modular infrastructure.
- Lead sales in mission-critical sectors (data centers, government, healthcare, commercial).
- Manage the P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Develop budgets, optimize financial performance, and report on P&L.
- Oversee sales operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance market position.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with regional needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Guide clients through infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Provide training, lead by example, and drive sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in untapped Southeast Asian markets.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years in B2B sales, with a focus on power solutions in data centers preferred.
- Proven success in managing P&L and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators).
- Experience managing regional sales teams and driving high performance.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed.
