Location: Tuas West (transport pickup from Jurong East/ Choa Chu Kang)
Working hours: 8am to 5.15pm (Mon to Fri)
- Ability to read and interpret customer’s tender technical specifications
- Provide costing reference to sales admin/proposal team for cost and delivery estimate.
- Work and furbish all technical related document including (but not limited to) technical clarification, datasheet, proposal drawing and tender technical answer sheet
- Participate in tendering and quotation activities whenever technical support is required; also to support sales and marketing team from technical perspective when needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Procurement teams to gather necessary information for proposal development
- Able to work in fast paced environment and meet tight schedules
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in oil field wellhead equipment companies (subsea or surface); At least 3 years’ experience in engineering position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Prior experience in tendering and customer interfacing with oil companies (i.e. via meeting, phone call, written form tendering clarification etc.) will be an added advantage
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of computer and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Knowledge and good understanding of API and relevant industry standards is preferred
