Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profit goals through developing and implementing business and marketing plans
- Develop and implement promotional trade plans that drive sales and market share growth
- Develop strong working relationship with brand owners and suppliers
- Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships to maximise income/terms/discounts to improve sales and profitability of category
- Take ownership of the product inventory management process, ensuring good supply while reducing shrinkage
- Prepare business reports and analysis
- Work closely with key account and field sales team to ensure first in class execution of instore activities
- Work with advertising agencies, promoter agencies and instore POSM suppliers to execute strong brand activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG or retail industry, in sales/key account/product management
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant discipline
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good Microsoft office skills
- Excellent stakeholders management
