Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of organization-wide L&D processes for Corporate Office and Group Ops & IT.
  • Partnering with departments/institutions to identify training needs, develop plans and budgets, and monitor progress via dashboards.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Acting as the key liaison with government agencies on plans and implementations.
  • Coordinating institutional nominations for organization scholarships and sponsorships.
  • Organizing review sessions with key leaders on group-level nominations and priorities.
  • Ensuring timely submission of claims to maximize government funding.
  • Preparing and submitting quarterly training outcome reports to government agency.

Key Requirements:

  • ONLY SINGAPOREAN
  • Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
  • Knowledge/background in healthcare will be a huge advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development in Human Resource/ HRD or equivalent.
