- Preparation of documents (E.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders).
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Perform Data entry and maintenance of database.
- Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up.
- Assist in the implementation of new Inventory Management System (IMS)
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist in monthly sales closing activities
