about the job
You will be an experienced corporate secretarial manager managing a team of corporate secretaries. In addition to corporate secretarial duties you will be handling a portfolio of clients, maintaining relationships with key contacts, reviewing fee structures and oversee credit controls for debt collection and prepare budgets and forecasts for the team.
about the manager/team
You will be mentoring a team of corporate secretaries and report to a director. You will be grooming, training and coaching a number of junior and corporate secretaries within your team.
skills and experience required
You should have at least 6 years of corporate secretarial experiences particularly in corporate solutions provider firms. ICSA/CSIS or its equivalent chartered secretarial qualifications are essential. You should be familiar with SGX announcements. Prior team management experience is an advantage.
