In this role, you are responsible for end to end recruitment process.
You are required to work closely with stakeholders such as hiring managers from the respective business units, HRBP etc.
- End to end recruitment proess wil encompass sourcing, shortlisting, positioning qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews and being part of the selection processs.
- Involved in the salary proposal and offer negotiation process.
- Handle the sponsorship/scholarships portfolio such as organising and participating in outreach events, shortlisting and interviewing potential candidates, preparing of bond deeds, attending to queries and processing of allowances.
- Build a good pipeline of qualified candidates to fill evergreen/critical positions and to maintain/report necessary recruitment numbers where required.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in any field
- Min 6 months - 1 year experience in HR or recruitment
