Job Description:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and address inquiries
- Provide information about products/services, resolve issues, and offer assistance
- Update customer records and document interactions in the system
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive experience
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data
Requirements:
- Min O/A Levels
- Min 18 years old and above
- Previous customer service or call center experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication and active listening skills
